Introduction

These are the terms of service provided by HR PSYCHOLOGY – TODAY EE through this Web Application (WA), allowing you to organize support counseling sessions (Counseling Sessions, online and phone) with psychological and nutritional counselors (Counselors). You may also call the counseling support lines and browse WA material concerning psychology, nutrition, and happiness. The WA is operated by or on behalf of HR PSYCHOLOGY – TODAY EE (we, us, our). Your use of the WA and the services offered through it are subject to these terms. By using the WA, you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time by updating them in the WA, although no such amendment will affect any Counseling Sessions you have already purchased. These terms were last updated on 05/03/2025.

Medical Disclaimers

You acknowledge and understand that the WA, telephone Counseling Sessions, and the use of WA material are not intended to provide clinical or psychological diagnosis, because such services cannot be effectively offered remotely and would require physical presence. If the information you provide suggests suicidal ideation, self-harm, a psychiatric condition, or the need for urgent medical assistance, you must consult a doctor or a suitably qualified health professional. In an emergency, call 100 immediately. Counseling sessions should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis and treatment by a doctor. You acknowledge and understand that Counselors and any information available via the WA cannot provide medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment, and no medications will be prescribed or recommended. Your participation may be terminated if you insist on receiving medical services.

Counselors and the Role of the WA

The WA aggregates a range of Counselors offering Counseling Sessions. You can view each Counselor's profile from whom the Counseling Session is provided.

Registering with Us

To book any Counseling Sessions, you must first register by creating an account through the WA’s registration form. Registration is only required once. You must be at least 18 years old to register. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this requirement. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact information. You are responsible for maintaining your information current. Registration is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to reject any registration request without providing reasons. If approved, you will be notified.

Counseling Sessions

Upon first use of the WA, you will be asked to provide your preferences for the Counseling Session and related information. We will initially suggest a Counselor matching your details. Such information will be shared with a Counselor only if you choose to schedule a Counseling Session. You may request sessions by following the WA instructions. Errors can be corrected until the final confirmation stage. Only one session or a package of sessions can be booked at a time. Once you request a session, you will receive a confirmation of receipt but not yet acceptance. The request constitutes an offer to purchase a Counseling Session, subject to the Counselor’s acceptance. The Counselor is not obligated to accept your request. However, upon acceptance, a contract is formed, and you are obliged to pay. If the Counselor accepts, you will receive a Session Confirmation.

Price and Payment

The price of Counseling Sessions is as listed on the WA, except for sessions provided via your employer. Prices may change but changes do not affect confirmed sessions. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a session's correct price is lower, you will be charged the lower amount. If it is higher, we may either contact you for instructions or reject your request. Payments must be made by credit/debit card or agreed bank transfer. Payments are subject to validation checks. We are not responsible for any additional electronic transaction fees imposed by your card issuer.

Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel a confirmed Counseling Session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Otherwise, the Counselor may charge you, and no refunds will be given. If canceled 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation rights expire once the Counseling Session starts. Participating in the session eliminates your right to withdraw.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed promptly after cancellation and will reflect any promotional discounts applied during payment. Refunds will be made via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Unsatisfactory Services

If you believe a Counseling Session was unsatisfactory, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably in writing. We have no control over individual Counselor service quality and assume no liability for any unsatisfactory services. Complaints should be directed to us. If unresolved, we may offer a replacement Counselor.

Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily suspend the WA for repairs, maintenance, updates, or upgrades. We may terminate or suspend your access to the WA if you breach these terms or fail to pay amounts owed. Possible actions include warnings, session cancellation, and revocation of WA access.

Changes to the WA, Fees, and Terms

We reserve the right to change the WA, fees, or terms periodically. Significant changes will not impact previously paid Counseling Sessions unless for security, legal, or regulatory reasons. You will be notified of significant changes and may cancel your account without penalty if you disagree.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the WA lawfully and retrieve, display, print, or save material for personal use only. You may not save WA content systematically, modify WA content, interfere with WA operations, record sessions, transmit viruses, impersonate others, or use the WA for unsolicited promotions (spam).

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the WA content belong to us or our licensors. Downloaded content is for personal, non-commercial use only, with copyright notices retained.

Content

The WA is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or error-free operation and disclaim any liability for your reliance on its contents.

Access to the WA

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements. We may limit access to registered users or suspend services without notice.

Username and Password

You must keep your login credentials confidential. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately. Misuse will be treated as if committed by you.

External Links

The WA may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Liability

HR PSYCHOLOGY – TODAY EE is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your use of the WA or breach of these terms.

General Terms

You may not assign your rights under these terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and us and are governed by Greek law under the jurisdiction of Athens courts.
